the location was easy to find. it was on a main route into the city, but it was set back from the road. there was ample off-street parking.
the front door was hard to operate. this was because it sticks on the carpet and the shower was terrible. the staff were not very friendly or approachable.

I adored the kettle and sink in the single room. It was such a treat to make tea without leaving. the mattress was wonderfully comfy. I had restful nights. the staff were very friendly too, especially the lady who greeted me. She was so cute.

The location proved perfect. It sat back from the main road. it was also surprisingly easy to find, sitting directly on a key route, offering convenient access. off-street parking felt ample.

Parking was available behind the hotel. I felt quite safe there. the shared facilities were quite clean and well-kept. the traditional breakfast was included, what a great way to start the day!

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. It cost extra and seemed basic! I had hoped for more fresh options. The room also felt a bit outdated. The decor and furnishings looked worn. I think some updates could really improve the guest experience. Especially in the breakfast area. It didn't quite match the quality I anticipated based on the price?
